Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services:
   a. “My Pest Exterminator” will provide professional pest control services to address the specific pest infestations identified by the client.
   b. The scope of services will be detailed in the service agreement or work order signed by both parties.
2. Service Charges:
   a. The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon service charges, in full during the first visit, for the pest control services provided by “My Pest Exterminator”.
   b. Payment terms, including deposit requirements, invoicing schedules, and accepted payment methods, will be outlined in the service agreement or work order.
   c. Please note that a minimum charge of $50.00 may apply in the event of non-availability or cancellation by the client within 24hrs of the schedule time.
   d. Kindly be advised that in the event the client’s premises are not adequately prepared for pest control treatment, a minimum charge of $50 per hour will apply.
3. Treatment Procedures:
   a. “My Pest Exterminator” will utilize appropriate pest control methods and products to target and eliminate the identified pests.
   b. Clients are responsible for providing access to the affected areas and ensuring the safety of our technicians during treatment procedures.
4. Client Cooperation:
   a. Clients agree to cooperate with “My Pest Exterminator” by providing accurate information about pest sightings, property access, and any relevant conditions that may affect the effectiveness of the treatment.
   b. Clients may be required to prepare the premises before treatment, such as removing clutter, storing food items securely, and relocating pets etc.
5. Safety Precaution:
   a. “My Pest Exterminator” will take necessary precautions to ensure the safety of clients, their families, and their pets during pest control treatments.
   b. Clients are advised to follow any safety instructions provided by “My Pest Exterminator” and take necessary precautions to minimize exposure to pest control products.
6. Limited Warranty:
   a. “My Pest Exterminator” warrants that the pest control services will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards.
   b. In the event of unsatisfactory results, clients may request a follow-up inspection and, if necessary, additional treatments within the warranty period specified in the service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability:
   a. “My Pest Exterminator” shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the client’s failure to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein or from factors beyond our control.
   b. The liability of “My Pest Exterminator” shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the pest control services provided.
8. Termination of Services:
   a. Either party may terminate the pest control services by providing written notice to the other party.
   b. “My Pest Exterminator” reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches the terms and conditions outlined herein or fails to fulfill their obligations under the service agreement.
   c. The client shall still be liable to pay in full for the service.

9. Governing Law:
   a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada.
   b. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties.
